JOHN SIMMS

Raised in west London, John has been playing live since his early teenage years, and is a seasoned live performer. He began writing his own material from around the age of 15, and secured his first major recording contract aged 17, with his first album release in 1970-1. As well as his own unique music, John has played with a host of other great players, such as Ginger Baker (Cream), John Entwistle (The Who), Kofi Baker and more. Hailed as one of the earliest pioneers of heavy rock, John remains focused on producing original music. He also performs and co-writes in numerous other projects and bands, and enjoys guesting with or collaborating with other musicians.
